we had a great time at pilgrims hotel. the location was super convenient, just steps away from the cathedral and shops! the room was fairly large and comfy, especially the bed with a good mattress. staff were friendly and always ready to help. we also enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the bar, really nice to unwind after a day of exploring.
only downside was the breakfast wasn’t great, bacon was really hard to eat, and no butter was a bummer. also, the noise from the street at night was a bit annoying.

Had a great trip with friends! We loved exploring the nearby Cathedral and catching a show at The Marlowe Theatre. The hotel was in a perfect spot for enjoying local bars and restaurants. Staff was helpful, and the location made everything super accessible. Don’t miss the scenic river boat tours while you’re there!
The single bed was the narrowest I've ever encountered. A bit cramped, especially if you move around in your sleep. The breakfast options could also be better. they were quite limited with just some cold items.
